Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE : We operate on a 24hr cancellation policy. Otherwise, you may be charged. Rescheduleing needs to take place within the 48hrs before your appointment time. Should if be past the 48hrs, you will loose your Non Refundable Booking Fee & have to Re-pay your Non-Refundable Booking Fee. If you are running late to your appointment please contact Zara to advise your expected time of arrival. We operate on an appointment only basis , if you are more then 10minutes you will be asked to rebook your appointment & booking fee lost. NO SHOWS effect small businesses massively. A 100% charge will be required before making another appointment. Your next appointment you will be required to pay upfront. if you cannot attend your appointment please contact Zara as soon as you can. (We understand emergencies) Some Circumstances are unavoidable & We understand certain situations where this policy may not take effect.
